Description

This antiparasitic collar for cats is suitable for preventing and treating infestation by fleas (Ctenocephalides felis) for 7-8 months. It also protects your home from the animal, since it inhibits the development of flea larvae for 10 weeks. Seresto is efficient against tick infestations for 8 months, thanks to its repellent impact (in dogs, Ixodes ricinus and Rhipicephalus sanguineus and in cats, Ixodes ricinus) and its acaricidal effect (in dogs and cats, Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus turanicus). It is also effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks. Its efficiency against fleas is immediate. This article for cats can also be used as a part of the treatment of allergic dermatitis by flea bite (DAPP).

Seresto releases two active substances with synergistic effect. On the one hand it releases Imidacloprid, an active ectoparasiticide against the larval stages of fleas, adult fleas and lice. On the other hand, Flumethrin, which is an ectoparasiticide with acaricidal activity, prevents ticks from feeding on your pet, and therefore prevents the multiple diseases that these insects transmit.
